What This Fabric Is

A high-airflow nonwoven built around an open pore structure — the construction we market as Super Permeable MAX. Where a standard mask web is designed to hold liquid, this one is designed to let it move: serum penetrates faster, air passes through the sheet, and the mask stays breathable over a long wear.

It solves a specific complaint. Most sheet masks become uncomfortable after 15 minutes because the sheet traps heat and moisture against the face. An open structure keeps the interface ventilated, which is why this construction performs well in hot, humid markets and in professional treatments where the sheet stays on for half an hour.

Formulation and Handling Notes

• An open web holds less serum per sheet. If your pack promises a 30 ml dose, confirm it against this construction first — the same grammage will not retain what a closed web does.
• It can dry faster at the edges. Cap the recommended wear time on pack, or use a pouch with a tight seal and minimal headspace.
• Check drip on your line. Fast penetration cuts soak time, but an over-wet sheet in an open structure will drip during filling. Tune the dosing, not the fabric.
• Do not print 'patented' without checking the territory. Patent status is jurisdictional. Send us the market you are selling into and we will tell you what documentation applies.

FAQ

Does higher permeability mean the mask dries out faster?

Yes, at the edges, sooner than a closed web. In practice that is managed by the pouch, the dose, and the stated wear time rather than by changing the fabric.

Can it hold a thick cream serum?

Poorly. An open structure is built for water-thin to light essences. For cream or milky formulas, a denser microfiber construction is the better match.

Is the patent valid in our market?
